Nissan delivered EV to TAI for R&D
September 22, 2020Mr. Pisit Rangsaritwutikul, President, Thailand Automotive Institute (TAI), attended a ceremony of delivering 2 Nissan Leaf Electric Vehicles (EV) to TAI. In this regard, Mr. Ramesh Narasimhan, President, Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd., presided over the event under “Supporting EV for research and development towards future vehicle of Thailand project”, which followed guideline and policy of TAI to support EV and parts industry of Thailand in the future. Additionally, Nissan also delivered one of each EV to Electric Vehicle Association of Thailand (EVAT), Kasetsart University (KU) and Thammasat University (TU) for furthering study, research and human resource development in automotive industry.
