The 4th Meeting of Development Guideline for Operator to Aviation Industry

On Wednesday 9th May, 2018, Meeting room 1, GSE1 building, Thai Airways International Public Co., Ltd. (THAI), Thailand Automotive Institute (TAI) leaded over 20 auto part and related operators to meet and discuss with Mr. Thanongchai Jessadarak, Department Manager, Ground Equipment Engineering & Maintenance Department, Thai Airways International Public Co., Ltd. (THAI) and Executives for the activity in “the 4th Meeting of Development Guideline for Operator to Aviation Industry” which is under the project of operator development to aviation industry : fiscal year 2019. This is to deliver the demand of aviation industry to automotive and auto part operators in Thailand. It is also a guideline for operator to produce parts of Ground Service Equipment or utility vehicle for THAI.

Facilitation and safety program for traveler during Songkran Festival 2018

On April 11th, 2018, Bangkaew 1 Express way, Thailand Automotive Institute (TAI) participated the facilitation and safety program for traveler during Songkran Festival 2018 organized by Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT). In this regard, Mr. Pairin Chuchotethavorn, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Transport (MOT) presided over the opening ceremony of this program. There were also General Viwat Suchart, Chairperson, Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT), and Mr. Sudthisak Wattanavinid, Deputy Governor Director for Law & Land Acquisition and Acting Governor, Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) who attended the event along with received giveaways from supported alliances. These will be given to publics who travel during the festival period. They also released lines of authority for safety monitoring and facilitating to travelers. For this program, vehicle inspection, filling air tire and filling coolant are available with free of charge.

Toyota Motor Thailand Co., Ltd. visited TAI Testing Center

Thailand Automotive Institute (TAI) gave a warm welcome to a group from Toyota Motor Thailand Co., Ltd. that visited the flammability testing lab of interior materials/equipment installed in vehicle and observed demonstration the flammability according to FMVSS302 standard.

Otani Radial Co,. Ltd. observed TAI’s quality management ISO/IEC 17025

Thailand Automotive Institute (TAI) testing center, TAI gave a warm welcome to a group from Otani Radial Co., Ltd. for observing the quality management ISO/IEC 17025 to enhance competency in tire development and promote Thai industry to international level.

(THAI) at Suvanabhumi Airport as a part of the 3rd seminar of “Development Guideline for Operator to Aviation Industry which is under the project of operator development to aviation industry : fiscal year 2019.
